Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay overall, with the hotel being situated in a great location right in the heart of Baden, which made it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I really enjoyed access to the fantastic wellness facility with its large pool. However, the service left something to be desired, especially with a not-so-friendly interaction that made things a bit uncomfortable. While the dining experience was good, it had room for improvement, and the cleanliness wasn't always up to my expectations.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the service was outstanding and the location was perfect for visiting Romertherme, the rooms left much to be desired with cleanliness issues and a lack of amenities. The dining was decent but could improve, especially with breakfast. Overall, it's a good value for the access to the thermal baths, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were huge, clean, and had such a regal feel thanks to the high ceilings and beautiful chandeliers. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, really adding to the experience. The location was perfect for exploring the town and the nearby Therme. However, I found the dining options somewhat repetitive, which could use some variety.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because of its great location close to the thermal baths and local shops. The rooms had a certain vintage charm, but they felt a bit worn and could use some updates. The staff was friendly but sometimes hard to approach. Dining was an enjoyable experience, though the breakfast wasn’t all that exciting. Overall, I felt I got good value for my money.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, especially with its fantastic location near the city center and the spa. The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, and the service in the dining area was quite enjoyable with lovely background music. However, I felt the dining options could use some variety, as breakfast was the same every day. Overall, I found it a great value for the money, but it would be ideal to see a little more in terms of amenities.
